About the Program
The Health By Ratio program was created for individuals experiencing chronic pains and injuries, and looking to regain proper Full Ranges of Stable Motion throughout their Fundamental Movement Patterns.
We bridge the gap between the completion of general rehabilitation processes like physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, and other treatments, to Full Functional Health and Fitness Capabilities.
We do this by:
- Analyzing the Body's Fundamental Patterns to Find Imbalances.
- Retraining the Central Nervous System Through Various Techniques to Regain Full Ranges of Stable Motion.
- Working Toward an Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Plan that is Sustainable for the Client.
- Teaching the Client How to Understand Their Own Body, Beyond the Duration of the Program, to Maintain it for Life.
About the Founder
Madison Doubroff, HBR Founder, has been a Functional Movement Coach since 2008 working and studying under some of the leaders in the Functional Health Industry in areas like Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Nutrition, and more. He started pursuing Reconditioning Fundamental Posture & Movement Patterns, after seeing the constant need for Rehabilitation beyond just the typical medical field’s processes. With the evidence being that so many individuals with chronic pains and injuries, stay in their cycles for much of their lives as apposed to rehabilitating back to Functional Health.
He developed the HBR Online Program through his experiences over the last decade in working with over 2,000 clients (both professional & collegiate athletes as well as general population), and hiring and teaching hundreds of Functional Coaches. He is a Functional Movement Coach through Gray Cook’s FMS, a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, and additionally has over a dozen additional credentials in specialty areas like Trigger Point, Foam Rolling, PNF Stretching, and more.
